Why Steven Avery deserves a new trial—by Timothy Charles Holmseth
My name is Timothy Charles Holmseth.
I am only one of thousands across the United States that was almost “Steven Avery”.
I survived a plot by a ‘Shadow Government’ that attempted to frame me for rape and murder of a missing child named HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.
I would later learn the operatives that attempted to frame me were associated with a man from Colorado named Rev. Bob Enyart.
Enyart is described as a “shot caller” of organized criminal activities by Special Agent Kimberly Milka, Denver FBI.
Enyart authored a written Manifesto describing the “Shadow Government” he erected, which he plans to use to subvert the laws of the United States.
Enyart’s is alleged by former church members to be a satanic cult leader that is responsible for murders and elaborate frame-ups all over the world.
Curtis and Danielle Kekoa, defectors of Enyart’s cult claim he murdered JonBenet Ramsey in 1996.
Enyart’s fake church is presently under investigation by the FBI for his possible involvement in the Planned Parenthood shooting in Colorado Springs in November of 2015.
In December, 2015, my publication was contacted and told Enyart was involved in framing a man named Steven Avery, Wisconsin.
After watching the Netflix documentary ‘Making a Murderer’ I realized I was observing what appeared to be a textbook ‘Shadow Government’ operation.
Therefore - I am writing this in support of a new trial for Steven Avery....

I am an FBI informant and have nearly four hours of recorded interviews with the Federal Bureau of Investigation detailing facts about a highly sophisticated, international criminal-organization stationed out of Denver, CO that organizes the abductions and murders of countless victims worldwide and skillfully frames innocent people for the crimes. We believe your client Steven Avery, as well as his nephew Brendan Dassey, are completely innocent of the murder of Teresa Halbach and were framed by the Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office for the crime.
Additionally, since 2012 we've had recorded interviews with over a dozen law enforcement agencies in Colorado who are fully aware of our allegations against this group, but no efforts by law enforcement have been made to stop this dangerous group of individuals. As a direct result, relentless efforts to seize our six children by police and CPS, false protection orders placed against us, false accusations of murder, witness intimidation, violations of our civil rights, ritualistic gangstalking, and other unlawful tactics continue to be used to bully, intimidate and silence us. The Department of Homeland Security has also been well aware of this domestic terrorist group since 2014, and I can provide you with that recorded interview as well if you are interested.
